What we store
- Tag owners: your WhatsApp number, used solely to relay alerts about your car, plus your tag code.
- Scanners: nothing personal — no number, no name, no location. Only an anonymous random device ID to prevent alert spam.
- Alert logs: reason and time only, with no identity of the sender.
- Tag orders: if you message us to order a tag, we keep your WhatsApp number and delivery details solely to fulfil the order.
What we never do
- The owner's number is never shown to scanners — and vice versa.
- We never sell or share data with third parties.
- No location tracking, no advertising profiles.
Deleting your data
Send the word "delete" from your number to Harrik's WhatsApp number and your number will be removed and your tag deactivated.
